Regional Business Analyst

Regional Business Analyst will directly support and report to the Head of the California Region. The role will be focused on gathering information from the groups in the region, consolidating them, performing business analysis to create forecasts and budgets, and inputting them to the systems.

• Analyzes, specifies, validates and identifies trends in production, gaps, areas for improvement, and overall monitoring and defining key performance indicators as per business needs.
• Create, maintain and extract Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Ad-Hoc business analytics and management reports for the region (financials, P&L, dashboards, productivity reports, Sales tracking, etc.)
• Other business related projects as requested. Liaison for region for events for region
• Provide Administrative Support to the Head of CA Region

Requirements

Competencies:

• Bachelor degree required.
• Strong analytical and computer skills with a thorough knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• An ability to work with a variety of personality types.
