Position Description:
The Online Learning team with the Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning is seeking an Admissions Specialist. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Online Enrollment Services, the Admissions Specialist supports the Senior Manager in implementing and tracking workflows, fostering team rapport, and monitoring website content updates and CRM communications to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students. This position is also responsible for communicating with prospective students and guiding them through the application process. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, addressing current and potential barriers, collaborating with academic departments, and training and mentoring new Online Student Admissions Assistant hires.
