As VP, Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for shaping Assurant’s workforce on a global scale. Your strategic vision and deep expertise, deploying people, partners, process, and technology to deliver optimized experiences and outcomes will drive our global talent acquisition strategies, ensuring we attract, evaluate, and hire the talent Assurant needs today and in the future. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global recruitment, a strong understanding of diverse talent markets, and a track record of building high-performing talent acquisition teams. This role will be based in the United States and operate primarily virtually. This role reports to the SVP, Talent.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
