About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Implementation Manager to join our team. The Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from project kick-off to go-live, ensuring that all milestones are met within the agreed timeline.
• Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication throughout the implementation phase.
• Collaborate and coordinate closely with the Customer Success Manager and internal teams to align implementation activities with client goals and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the implementation process, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks that arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records, including project plans, timelines, and client communications.

About you

We believe that you have previous experience in project management, preferably in the SaaS industry or software implementation field, and that you are skilled at problem solving, spotting issues promptly and finding practical solutions. You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Basic understanding of SaaS products and services, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
• Comfortable with basic technical concepts to help navigate the implementation process effectively.
• Ability to thrive in start-up and remote-first environments.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
