About the job

As an Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region, you will assume a crucial role responsible for generating new business deals and establishing Stravito as a credible brand in the market. You will own the sales process end-to-end, including mapping out the DACH market, prioritizing target accounts, and identifying and establishing communication with key stakeholders. Ultimately, in close collaboration with the business development and marketing team, your focus will be to create your own pipeline and close deals to drive our growth in this region. A background in the insights industry and an existing understanding of what challenges insights teams are facing is important and enables you to hit the ground running.

You will closely collaborate with internal teams such as Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to synchronize customer needs with the offerings of the company. We work in a remote-first set up, and ideally you will be based in Germany for this position.

About you

You have a combination of an exceptional commercial mindset and hands-on experience from the insights industry. In addition, your business savviness and your sales experience is a big advantage to leverage in this role. Other foundations of your success in this role are your strong communication skills and your ability to establish relationships with key stakeholders. Your proactive and highly driven approach, as well as your ability to solve problems along the way, will also be highly valuable. For this position, at least business proficiency in both English and German is required.
