Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a positive professional that has the ability to work well in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing setting with strong continuous improvement skills and knowledge. The individual shall be a positive culture leader and influencer, demonstrate the ability to develop and grow employee/teams, and promote a safe workplace. They shall have a proven track record of being a self-starter, driving actions that achieve results by leading and through others in key areas of the business including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost savings. Essential Functions:

• Understand, maintain, and continually improve manufacturing/assembly processes as related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Displays strong decision-making skills in a high-pressured environment using 80/20 to manage all aspects of the role.
• Allocates time appropriately to improve conversion cost and have a functional understanding of the levers to focus on and pull.
