As we open our customer service arm in the Philippines, we are looking for dynamic, highly motivated individuals to become our pioneers in delivering superior customer experience for our customers globally.

The Digital Customer Support Representative (Non-voice) shall form part of a team of support professionals that shall address the concerns, queries, and other support requirements of customers of the Multitude Group globally. This role shall respond to support ticket requests from various digital platforms (Email, Chat, Social Media) from financial and non-financial customers of the various Multitude Brand Names.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide the best customer experience by responding to customers’ requests, and queries and resolving their concerns through the digital platforms provided by the company.

  • Ensure that the customer’s accounts are opened in compliance with the guidelines set forth by the company.

  • Build rapport with customers while addressing their concerns about the company’s products and services.

  • Identify selling opportunities that will improve the customer’s experience after analyzing the customer’s needs.

  • Assist with gathering data and information for the company through phone, email, chat, video, calls, and other agreed communication channels.

  • Any other projects or tasks provided by the management.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of any Four (4) year course or has 1-year relevant experience

  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English

  • Must be a team player

  • Must be customer service oriented
