Customer Service Representative – Sunday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm

This unique opportunity offers a mix of working from our office in Palmerston North and from home!

We do require candidates to be located near our Palmerston North office to attend training for the first 4 weeks, team meetings and ongoing training days when required.

Our Customer Service Team all play a vital role in supporting our network of 330+ stores across the North Island.

About the role

These roles focus on building and retaining relationships with our valued customers, ensuring an exceptional and professional level of customer service is provided in a timely manner.

Your day will include:

· Answering internal/external customer queries and phone calls

· Ensuring that all calls, queries, complaints and inquiries are investigated and logged in the Customer Relationship Management System

· Generating referrals to the appropriate store or business unit where appropriate

· Making outbound calls to both internal and external customer

About you

You are highly motivated, friendly and outgoing with a great team attitude, you thrive on delivering a customer service experience second to none!

You may have worked in a similar environment or be looking to enter the customer service field where you can utilise your fantastic phone manner, and excellent interactive and written communication skills.

This opportunity will require you to think on your feet and enjoy problem solving so you will be a quick learner, with the ability to work unsupervised. Salesforce and SAP experience is preferable but we are a learning business so happy to provide development for the right people!
