Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key support role function, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner in your business areas to gain a deep understanding of client needs and assist in providing strategic recruitment guidance. You’ll also be responsible for managing multiple business areas, helping to ensure a seamless Talent Acquisition process.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is eager to learn and grow, with a desire to develop their career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing.

Requirements

• Experience working within a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition function where you have had some exposure of the Talent process, this could be in house or agency.
• Portfolio management skills and ability to challenge/influence/coach stakeholders
• Expertise and in-depth working knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media
• Strong continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven experience in leveraging a variety of sourcing channel strategies to attract diverse talent and proactively build talent pools
