ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our team and support our client's Service Management operations. This role involves the design, development, and implementation of multiple modules within the ServiceNow on-premise platform, alongside participation in troubleshooting, incident management, and other IT service management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules tailored to the client's specific needs.
• Collaborate with other teams in test management, requirement analysis, and process improvement.
• Engage in code review, quality assurance, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Provide support for ITSM applications, automation solutions, and workflow development.
• Develop and enhance the ServiceNow service portal.
• Participate in various projects across the ServiceNow platform, contributing to its continuous improvement and adaptation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in system or solution architecture, particularly in the context of ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management.
