Performance & Monitoring Manager

In this role, You will be responsible for Managing Performance & Monitoring activities to ensure implementation of sector requirements, and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to achieving short and medium-term strategic objectives within defined key performance indicators, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for

Supporting the development and implementation of a performance monitoring framework.

Monitoring the performance of internal initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Analyzing performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Preparing regular reports and presentations to communicate performance insights and recommendations.

Collaborating with internal teams and Destination management oficess to identify areas of improvement and support the implementation of performance enhancement initiatives.

Designing and developing of interactive dashboards to provide real-time performance visibility.

Hold the contact with the relevant department to deploy and update interactive dashboards.

Perform other activities as and when required.

You will need:

Bachelor’s degree in BA of equivalent is preferred

At least 6 years of experience in relevant field

مهام الوظيفة

دعم تطوير وتنفيذ إطار عمل لمراقبة الأداء.

مراقبة أداء المبادرات الداخلية وتحديد مجالات التحسين.

تحليل بيانات الأداء لتحديد الاتجاهات والأنماط ومجالات التحسين.

إعداد تقارير وعروض تقديمية منتظمة للتواصل بشأن رؤى الأداء والتوصيات.

التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية ومكاتب إدارة الوجهة لتحديد مجالات التحسين ودعم تنفيذ مبادرات تحسين الأداء.

تصميم وتطوير لوحات معلومات تفاعلية لتوفير رؤية الأداء في الوقت الفعلي.

التواصل مع القسم المعني لنشر وتحديث لوحات المعلومات التفاعلية.

القيام بأنشطة أخرى عند الحاجة

متطلبات الوظيفة

خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذو صلة

يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذو صلة أو ما يعادلها
