Umrah Planning & Performance Sr. Specialist

In this role, You will be responsible for Managing Planning & Performance activities to ensure implementation of sector requirements, and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to achieving short and medium-term strategic objectives within defined key performance indicators, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for

Contribute to the planning, development, and management of Umrah-related activities within STA, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) for Umrah activities, and regularly update relevant KPI reports and dashboards to track progress and performance.

Engage with STA functions to coordinate and support the execution of Umrah-related projects, tracking progress, and collecting data to assess the performance of STA’s Umrah activities.

Provide analytical support for requests and tasks from external ecosystem stakeholders on Umrah-related topics, under the supervision of the Manager, and contribute insights on market segments and traveler behavior.

Assist the Manager and Director in preparing change requests, update presentations, and other reports for STA leadership and sector committee meetings, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

Play an active role in deploying best-in-class project management practices, contributing to a positive team environment by engaging in discussions, sharing ideas, and supporting the Commercial CoE in engaging with travel trade partners.

Perform other activities as and when required.

You will need:

Bachelor’s degree in BA of equivalent is preferred

At least 1 years of experience in relevant field

مهام الوظيفة

المساهمة في التخطيط والتطوير وإدارة الأنشطة المتعلقة بالعمرة داخل الهيئة، وضمان التوافق مع الأهداف والغايات التنظيمية.

حساب مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لأنشطة العمرة، وتحديث تقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ولوحات المعلومات ذات الصلة بانتظام لتتبع التقدم والأداء.

التعاون مع وظائف الهيئة لتنسيق ودعم تنفيذ المشاريع المتعلقة بالعمرة، وتتبع التقدم، وجمع البيانات لتقييم أداء أنشطة العمرة في الهيئة.

تقديم الدعم التحليلي للطلبات والمهام من أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين في النظام البيئي حول الموضوعات المتعلقة بالعمرة، تحت إشراف المدير، والمساهمة برؤى حول قطاعات السوق وسلوك المسافر.

مساعدة المدير والمدير في إعداد طلبات التغيير وتحديث العروض التقديمية والتقارير الأخرى لقيادة الهيئة واجتماعات لجنة القطاع، وضمان التواصل الواضح والدقيق.

لعب دور نشط في نشر أفضل ممارسات إدارة المشاريع في فئتها، والمساهمة في بيئة فريق إيجابية من خلال المشاركة في المناقشات وتبادل الأفكار ودعم مركز التميز التجاري في التعامل مع شركاء التجارة في السفر.
