People and Culture Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic People & Business Culture Business Partner to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract & in a Part Time 4 days per week basis!

In this exciting role you will lead the IPAR HR Strategy, whilst contributing to our parent company’s HR initiatives. You will work with our brand leaders to manage our employee experience through all stages of their career with IPAR.

This role has the flexibility to work from home and/or from one of our offices across Australia.

In this role, you will support the IPAR Executive General Manager & Group Divisional HR lead to align people and strategy, contributing to the delivery of divisional and brand strategic objectives. We are looking for someone to drive Diversity and Inclusion, Reconciliation Action Objectives and enhance our peoples and potential framework.

You will be a person who loves people and working to create initiatives that further enhance our workplace culture whilst building people capability. You will be hands-on, fostering strong relationships with your stakeholders and the team.
