Order Management Engineer / Executive

• Single point of contact person for Export Customers (Inside the Group)
• Order Processing in SAP with the resolving of Qty /Price/ Delivery error,
• Order confirmation to Customers and tracking for the delivery with planner.
• Close coordination with customer for schedule, delivery follow ups, dispatch
• Customer dispatch monitoring
• Monthly rolling Forecast collection for the demand planning activities from all EXPORT Customers.
• KPI tracking for all Export customers and presenting to next level.
• Customers outstanding tracking and monitoring.
• Logistic Control & Data Reporting

Requirements

B.E. Mech with 3 to 5 years of relevant Experience.

Preferred Skills / Exposure:

1. Sales Background preferred with Good Communication skill, networking skill and presentation skill.
2. SAP MM & SD module, MS office knowledge,
3. Good exposure in commercial terms and condition. Basic know how for Inco Terms, export activities, Air/Sea freight activities.
4. Customer oriented and Willingness to travel if required.
