Position Summary

The Sr. Director, Enrollment plays a crucial leadership role in the enhancement of student success at National University. This position is responsible for supporting the AVP, Enrollment overseeing various aspects of Enrollment Operations, providing Project Oversight for Enrollment projects that cross departments, driving technology improvements in coordination with other Enrollment Leaders, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for program changes in Enrollment, and offering support for Enrollment Operations. Additionally, this role is tasked with overseeing and leading conversion improvement that supports new student growth and retention. The Sr. Director will function as a process manager to communicate timelines and ensure progression of all University Departments to the enrollment team members. The Senior Director, Enrollment is responsible for the new student experience from inquiry to vesting. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, strong agility in project and process management, and a passion for improving the overall University and student experience.
