Quality Assurance Engineer

You will

• Plan and Support all QC activities
• Monitor non-conformance failures, including root cause analysis & corrective actions
• Participate in 8D investigations of production nonconforming products
• Develop and document work instruction procedures
• Plan, conduct and participate in internal manufacturing audits
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform tests to identify potential malfunctions
• Participate In the ECM committee and QMS approval processes
• Prepare monthly quality reports of operations malfunctions and corrective actions
• Support all training activities related to operation quality procedures
• Participate in risk analysis team PFMEA and monitor the AI’s
• Promote initiatives to improve quality

You have

• B.Sc. degree in engineering or equivalent- Must
• CQE Diploma – Advantage
• 4-5 years of experience in a quality assurance position in Medical Device / Pharma industries/ Semiconductor Industry - Must
• Experience and knowledge with the ISO 9001:2015 standard- Must
• Fluent English (read, write & talk) – Must
• Quality processes knowledge such as ECO, NCR, MRB, FMEA, 8D investigations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with working in controlled environment (clean room) – Advantage
• Experience with ERP systems such as Priority – Advantage
