The role โœจ

Stuart UK is seeking a driven and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role is critical in driving lead generation and supporting our sales pipeline.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients within our Enterprise and Mid Market segments, collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate qualified opportunities and contribute to our overall growth. The team currently comprises of four Sales Executives operating predominantly in the Enterprise and Mid Market segments. You will be the only BDR on the team, working directly with AEs to generate pipeline from outbound activity, as well as qualifying inbound leads from marketing and partnerships.

What will I be doing? ๐Ÿค”

  • Conduct outbound lead generation activities to support the sales teams
  • Gain a deep understanding of the target segment, including their challenges and goals
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target roles and segments
  • Prospect into target accounts using various outbound sales tools, campaigns, events, and referrals
  • Contact and engage with senior stakeholders, including C-Level executives, demonstrating strong industry expertise and professionalism
  • Achieve monthly targets of generating qualified mid-market and enterprise opportunities for the sales team
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records and ensure all information is accurately conveyed to the sales team

What do we need from you? ๐Ÿ˜Ž

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the tech industry; consistently ranking in the top quartile of performers
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers
  • Highly driven and motivated by hitting targets
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
