Assignment description

For our client, we are looking for a Technical Product Owner .

It's a new feature focused on handling disruptions and investigations that have an impact on their stores. They sit between 1st line (IT shop support) and 3rd line (developers). The assignment as Technical Product Owner consists of being involved in building up the longer-term work around investigations (Problems) and combining this with making sure that they have the necessary monitoring to ensure operational reliability and to reach the goals with observability.

The assignment as Technical Product Owner means:

  • Accountability Problem process

  • Works operationally with larger and more comprehensive investigations

  • Operationally responsible for the daily operation of Problems

  • Responsibility for operational safety with a focus on monitoring/observability

  • Has close collaboration with IT Service managers for prioritization and solutions together with Product Owners and external suppliers

  • Manages follow-up, reporting and analysis for the problem process

Profile & Merits:

Our client is looking for you who is responsible, service-oriented and can easily settle into new tasks. They need a team player with social skills who wants to help build on an already functioning team but who has been given an expanded area of ​​responsibility.

As a person, you are driven, like to work in an environment that is constantly developing and always put the customer in focus. You are used to planning and organizing work and setting processes and routines for other employees to build a stable and proactive operational organization together.

Claim:

  • University education in IT, or equivalent work experience, with a relevant focus

  • Previous experience with IT support and experience with ITSM processes

  • Experience and understanding of work with monitoring/observability

  • Establishing new processes and routines and training them

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Previous experience in similar work as Service Manager is meritorious

  • Work experience in Retail is advantageous
