Job Description Summary
To ensures that all A/R and A/P transactions are posted regularly and invoices sent to clients. Ensures documentation for all invoices and payments are properly maintained.
Job Description
- Post vendor bills in Netsuite / Tipalti
- Assist Accountants in managing payables process
- Assist in preparing some schedules for month-end closing process
- Post bank payments and bank reconciliations
- To support AR specialist in daily tasks
- Prepare reports as requested
- Perform other tasks as requested.
