Jr. Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Jr. Accountant to join our team. As a Jr. Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, maintaining financial records, and carrying out various accounting tasks. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Process and record financial transactions in the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting processes and controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Previous experience or internship in accounting preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
