**We are looking for experienced Partner Manager!

As we embark on our journey, we are looking for a Partner Manager with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset for our headquarters centrally located in Oslo.

The Partner Manager is a critical position within the Loyalty & Partnerships organization. This position is responsible for delivery and success for key strategic partner/s. A key deliverable of this position is to understand partnersโ€™ strategic business objectives; align them with the Spenn and ensure seamless integration of the partners into the platform.

The Partner Manager works closely with the partner/s to identify and realize opportunities to develop the services from Spenn, define joint objectives to build engagement, drive customer loyalty and ensure that data, insights and channels are used appropriately to support partner objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, and coordinate services and deliverables to the partners with internal strakeholders in Spenn
  • Build and manage relationships with the partners
  • Develop and maintain a Partner Account Plan, together with the Partners
  • Ensure seamless integration of the partner into the platform and subsequent ramp up of participation by ensuring commitment to Spenn across all stakeholder levels
  • Understand partners' key business & marketing objectives and develop a joint strategic roadmap
  • Find ways to increase customer loyalty for partner, and optimize value of the partnership
  • Develop joint marketing and engagement plans with the partners and partner campaign manager to deliver towards the agreed roadmap
  • Oversee and manage all activities and daily operations related to the Partners
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to build the insights strategy over time for the partner; identify key business areas where data insights can add value
  • Define success criteria and performance targets across agreed plans on an ongoing basis
  • Initiate and manage quarterly business reviews with partners to identify and realize opportunities to improve participation performance

Report on Partner performance

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Education bachelor/ master's degree in relevant area, preferably in Marketing, Business etc.
  • Min 5+ years experience in client management roles in a marketing or loyalty related function
  • Strong commercial and communication skills
  • Relevant client-side experience is ideal, e.g. in travel, retail, financial services, telecommunications etc
  • Proven capabilities to navigate in a fast-changing organization with fast moving targets and deliverables, and ability to continuously define and optimize and prioritizations.
  • Loyalty experience preferred.
  • Advanced presentation skills including creation of PowerPoint presentations or similar.
  • A certain IT technical understanding.
