Job Description:
Sayari is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to help us scale our Talent Acquisition function. Partnering with our Government Business Unit, this role will predominantly focus on GTM roles (sales, customer success, pre-sales, etc) that sell to/support Sayari’s growing government client list.

You move fast while maintaining a “no candidate left behind” mentality – you're dedicated to making the candidate experience delightful and transparent. No search intimidates you – or you’re at least willing to give it a shot. From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you’re passionate about bringing top talent into an organization.
$90,000 - $115,000 a year
The target base salary for this position is $90,000-$115,000 plus quarterly bonus and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
