POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a Delivery Manager at Sayari, you will lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of our key customer accounts in the commercial sector. You will ensure that our customers fully realize the value of their investment in Sayari products and drive expansion within those accounts. This role involves coordinating resources and collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver a first-class experience for our highest-priority customers. Delivery Managers are experts in their clients’ mission sets and priorities and understand how Sayari’s data and platforms can address their challenges and business concerns.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead key enterprise client deployment projects on time and on budget by efficiently organizing resources and people from across Sayari’s divisions and external partners.
  • Agree timelines, budgets, acceptance criteria, resource requirements, and service levels for the project to deliver the agreed solution(s) with the right level of quality.
  • Ensure that project plans and forecasts, risk mitigation and status reports are accurately prepared and track spend against the project budgets and deliverable dates.
  • Coordinate between all teams involved in the development of the project (including coordination between multiple interdependent projects running in parallel).
  • Ensure that all functions are aligned and understand their responsibilities. Work closely with the project champion and teams across the organization to ensure that the projects meet objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with and manage the expectations of all stakeholders.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS company or in a Fortune 500 level company with enterprise technologies
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the US

$110,000 - $120,000 a year

The target base salary for this position is $110,000-$120,000 plus bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
