About the team

The Banking Partnerships team is responsible for Trustly North America’s (Trustly NA) bank relationships, including ODFI (for money movement), Open Banking, and Bank as Reseller relationships.

What you'll do:

• Support the Banking Partnerships team in our bank relationships and day-to-day activities by assisting with completing bank questionnaires, feedback documents, bank account openings forms, and other documents and inquiries from Trustly NAs Banking Partners.
• You will be responsible for preparing company information, slide decks, and monthly reports for internal and external use, and participate in integration projects for new banking products and services.
• You will work cross-functionally with internal and external teams and stakeholders to gather the required information for the necessary follow-ups, schedule calls, and assist with escalations when necessary to move the relationship forward.

Who are you:

• Fluent English;
• Experience in industry and banking, such as customer service; and/or Project management experience is a plus;
• A service-minded individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates good communication skills, and a can-do attitude, with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, fostering positive relationships.
