What you will do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve customers' technical issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product information and updates
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide feedback on customer issues and trends to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
What you will bring:
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
