Customer Service Representative

• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve customers' technical issues
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product information and updates
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Provide feedback on customer issues and trends to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

What you will bring:

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal)
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
