We are looking for a Cell Collection Centre Coordinator to join our Cell CollectionCentreteam.

Title: Cell Collection Centre Coordinator

Salary: £34,000 - 36,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham

Job Summary:

Our pioneering approach to transform the future for our patients relies on a strong foundation of operational excellence. To continue to deliver the best for patients, we are establishing our very own Anthony Nolan Cell Collection Centre (CCC), specifically for the collection of cell products for transplant and non-transplant use.

As a Coordinator at our new Cell Collection Centre, you will undertake an essential role in the smooth running of our day-to-day cell collection activities.

You will coordinate and be responsible for efficient management and delivery of administrative tasks relating to donor/patient medical examinations, cell collection activities and stem cell laboratory processes, including scheduling and reporting.

Providing the first impression for donors/patients attending our collection centre, you will represent Anthony Nolan and ensure excellent donor/patient experience is maintained throughout their time at the cell collection centre.

You will have:

• Previous experience of working in an administrative role.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, work to strict timeframes and be fully accountable for your workload.
• Accuracy and proven attention to detail, along with the skill to learn and maintain new information in an evolving environment.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering great customer service.
• Understanding of how to handle confidential information.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience of working with CRM databases.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Ability to listen, learn and improve within the role, learn from mistakes, and speak up when opportunities to improve are identified.
