This position will serve the East Coast and Austin, Texas Area. Candidate must reside in either the Austin, TX area or on the East Coast!!

About The Role:

LINQ is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Development Representative, to lead and scale the BDR function. You will play a critical role in partnering with Marketing and Sales to ensure new customer acquisition is high quality and consistent. You will embody the skills to manage and oversee the growth of highly motivated sales professionals focused on sourcing and engaging with potential customers as the first point of contact. You will play a big part in ensuring the sales pipeline is filled with qualified opportunities to help the company achieve its marketing and revenue goals. You will work closely with Demand Generation Marketing Teams, Sales Leadership, and Sales Operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve opportunity generation and revenue goals.

Drive a high-performance culture within the BDR team.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to develop the skills and careers of your team members.

Support the BDR’s in identifying lead sources from Marketing, generating prospect lists, and handling objections to grow new business pipeline.

Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.

Assess team member performance utilizing key performance metrics to hold BDR’s accountable for hitting daily/monthly activity and performance goals.

Provide detailed analysis, reporting, and accurate forecasting using Salesforce CRM

Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of the BDR team. Participate in planning for headcount needs and iterating on ideal candidate profile creation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with sales leadership to align demand generation efforts with sales objectives and priorities.

What We Are Looking For:

2+ years of remote management in the SaaS/Software field.

Strong understanding of pipeline generation sales tactics and account-based marketing.

Experience using Gong, Salesloft, and Salesforce to drive performance, coach/develop, and provide market insights.

Results-driven, commitment to goals, accountable, and customer-focused.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively coach and enable talent to grow remotely.

A mindset of continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Cross function team player with a commitment to strong partnerships.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

Proven experience working with K-12 institutions, such as school districts, private schools, educational organizations, and state agencies.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience using 6sense and HighSpot.

Understanding of educational technology solutions and their application in the K-12 Administrative Office.
