About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Project Management Office (PMO) to lead and oversee our project management operations within our Implementation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, driving project delivery excellence, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of project management best practices in the SaaS industry. The position reports to the Sr. Director, Client Services.

What You'll Be Doing:
• PMO Leadership: Develop and lead the PMO team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Project Governance: Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Strategic Alignment: Align project initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives and business goals, ensuring projects deliver maximum value.
• Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal use of personnel and resources across projects.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
• Performance Tracking: Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor project performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and techniques.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop project managers and PMO staff, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.
What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology-focused organization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
What Will Make You Stand Out:
• Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related filed, required; Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
