Transactional Operation Analyst

About the role

• We are looking for a Transactional Operation Analyst with expertise in reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in various reconciliation processes, including bank reconciliations, transactional bases, and regulatory reporting. Familiarity with credit card transactions, and ACH reconciliations will be essential for success in this role.

What you would do

• Monitor and control recharge transactions via PSE, ensuring accuracy in deposits.
• Perform reconciliations to align with compensation chamber data (ACH).
• Prepare and submit movement reports to the regulatory body (Superintendencia).
• Conduct general reconciliations as needed.

What you need to succed

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, administration or related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial reconciliation or similar roles.
• English (ability to understand franchise manuals).
• Experience in credit card transactions
• Basic knowledge with PSE and ACH
• Intermediate Excel skills (experience with macros is a plus).
• Experience with ACCES or similar databases is a plus.
