This role

As a Go to Market CC Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the card logistics and card operation to ensure card growth and operations scalability

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of card logistics, including placing card printing orders, inventory management, and maintaining optimal stock levels to guarantee a consistent supply of cards.
  • Collaborate with logistics vendors to ensure timely delivery of cards while adhering to delivery goals and quality standards.
  • Define a scalable process to handle issues related to card shipping.
  • Create and improve operational processes to ensure CC ops readiness
  • Reconcile logistics and card manufacturing payments - handle monthly payments for CC vendors, mainly Pomelo.
  • Ensure bug resolution and product improvements for the Card product (written communications with Product team, add tickets in Jira in English)
  • Drive post-mortem reports and share visibility with stakeholders.
  • Execute payment orders from other Ops vendors.
  • Manage tester's devices inventory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field, Analytics preferable, or related field grade course work in progress
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working in Operations, Customer service, or Project Management.
  • Advanced use of Excel and G-sheets
  • Outstanding organization, detailed oriented, analytical, and structured communication skills.
  • Experience in creating and improving operational processes
