Crew and Operations Coordinator

Executes standard operating procedures for basic HR operations.
Provides general administrative support to HR functions in different
areas.
Provides support to crew operations within a limited area of
responsibility including recruiting, and ensuring that seafarer's
certificates are in order on board vessel.
Liases with authorities on illnesses, sickness and death on board
vessels.

Manage all recruitment projects from the initial application to the final hiring.
Drive and support the people performance management process.
Responsible for crew-related projects in operations. Liaise with the technical and operations departments to ensure timely and cost-effective use of resources.
Ensure proper control of crew certificates and training records.
Responsible for administering and preparing employment contracts, procedures, policies and practices.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and advise management on changes in labor legislation in the sector.
Process payroll and payroll reconciliation.
Promote and assist in the implementation of safety policies

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

Office 365 at Intermediate Level

English: Intermediate Level

5 years of professional experience in the area of ​​Human Resources.
Experience in companies related to the maritime sector
Have solid experience in labor legislation for maritime services, payroll management and Personnel Administration (Essential).
Have knowledge of the different areas of HR .
Availability to work in an office and plant located in Cañete.
