As part of our exciting mission, we are seeking an exceptional Sales & Business Development Manager to join us in driving this vision forward.

As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will drive company growth by seeking out new opportunities and expanding our reach. You will play a key role in our growth strategy by setting up meetings with potential clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and contributing to our overall sales strategy. You will primarily target the world's largest financial institutions and investors, with the likes of HSBC, BlackRockm NBIM and more. Zerolytics offer an analytics platform consisting of digital twins providing real time estimates of the Worlds largest companiesΒ΄, Net Zero transition plan and expected cost of transition.

Your contribution is pivotal to our organization, as it combines a passion for the financial sector with strong organizational skills and expertise in lead generation and booking sales meetings. To thrive in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and motivated by making a difference. Being a good listener and having the ability to ask the right questions are essential. Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Work closely with the CEO/ co-founder to help shape and drive Zerolytics commercial strategy and growth
  • Identify and engage with potential clients
  • Book meetings with potential clients and secure new business opportunities
  • Presenting and introducing our innovative solutions
  • Provide input and collaborate with management to improve product and offering
  • Be responsible for the project management of ongoing sales outreach
  • Work with the CMO on marketing strategy and activities
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts
  • Manage the sales pipeline, keeping track of opportunities and ensuring they move through the process efficiently

Desired qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales from professional sales team
  • Higher education within Economics, Finance or other relevant fields of studies
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in sales and business development related t complex B2B products and services
  • Preferably experience in the financial sector, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication- and organizational skills
  • Structured and result oriented approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Keen interest in finance
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sustainability
