On behalf of our partner, Wedosupport Ltd, we are now looking for Turkish speaking Customer Support Agents;

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal Turkish and English skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in multitasking environment
  • Experience working with customer support would be a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
  • Acknowledge and resolve customersโ€™ complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
  • Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
  • Relocation flight (to Limassol), 2 weeks accommodation + visa assistance (after training is complete)
