On behalf of our partner, Wedosupport Ltd, we are now looking for Turkish speaking Customer Support Agents;
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal Turkish and English skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in multitasking environment
- Experience working with customer support would be a plus
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Acknowledge and resolve customersโ complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
- Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
- Relocation flight (to Limassol), 2 weeks accommodation + visa assistance (after training is complete)
