On behalf of our partner, Wedosupport Ltd, we are now looking for Czech/Slovakian speaking Customer Support Agents;
Requirements:
✔️ Excellent written and verbal Czech/Slovakian and English skills;
✔️ Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
✔️ Analytical skills;
✔️ Attention to detail;
✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
✔️ Communication with customers via online chats and e-mails;
✔️ Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude toward customers;
✔️ Acknowledge and resolve customers’ requirements;
✔️ Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions;
✔️ Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers.
