Business Analytics - Money In Money Out

About the Role

We are looking for a Money In Money Out Business Lead (Merchant Services) for GoTo Financial who will play an important role in setting the foundational business strategy and executing the go-to-market strategies of our team. You’ll take the wheel in creating the most impactful money management business solutions for our merchants, and steer the strategy in managing money coming in and out into and from our platform. Throughout this exciting experience, you’ll build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, from product, marketing, research, legal, and compliance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business and product management, data analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Developing and executing a data-driven business strategy that aligns with the overall merchant platform business objectives.
• Identify, develop, implement, and refine merchants-focused needs by collaborating with the Product team to provide a tech-enabled solution with a focus on merchant money management.
• Conduct merchant-focused market research to understand the merchant’s business and money lifecycle, and craft presentations for the overall business strategy.
• Build strategic relationships with our bank partners throughout the life cycle of our strategic collaboration.
• Always be on top of market and regulatory trends, as well as the competitive landscape in the fintech industry.

What you will need

• A Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree. Should have at least have 4-year of working experience, experience working in tech or financial service companies is a plus
• Strong business sense and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills to manage complex projects; also can manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, delighted to work with other stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and data analytics ability. Good knowledge of SQL is a must
