Marketing Data Analyst

About the Role

This role will be focusing on supporting data analytics in the GoFood merchant marketing team in the scope of merchant acquisition, engagement, and feature adoptions (promo & ads). This role will support several functions under merchant marketing such as CRM communication, promo & ads business, merchant community & academy. The key initiatives will include but are not limited to creating business dashboards, merchant life cycle analysis, CRM performance & automation, data migrations and etc.

What you will do

• Create data analysis reports on merchant lifecycle for promo & ads business
• Analyze the performance results for each initiative and GTM made
• Create & maintain the business dashboard for the merchant marketing function
• Support weekly target tracking with deeper data analysis
• Perform thorough data analysis to support the business growth and initiatives of promo & ads
• Ability to present the data & provide insights to the product marketing team for strategy improvement

What you will need

• At least 3 years experience in Product Marketing/Growth Marketing/Marketing Analyst
• Proficient with basic SQL (Big Query) & Python
• Excellent Project Management skill
• Great communication skills in both written and verbal - English and Bahasa
• Possess critical capability to create marketing initiatives that contribute to business impact

About the team

Hi! We are from the GoFood Marketing team which consists of consumer and merchant marketing functions that support the overall GoFood business. We have three functions under the merchant marketing team: (1) Promo & Ads (2) Community & Academy (3) Communication CRM. The product marketing role will be placed under the merchant marketing functions for the promo & ads business.
