What you will do:

  • Own supply and demand related dashboards and monitoring.
  • Analyze various data points, design experiments, and test scalable solutions to drive business and strategic decision-making on supply and demand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the BI, Data Science, Product Management, Region teams to ensure seamless implementation of all supply initiatives.
  • Analysis of the competitive intelligence insights and findings
  • Be the go-to person on anything related to the supply of health metrics and demand growth analysis.

What you will Need:

  • A BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience within one or more of the following fields: Ride-Hailing, Logistics, E-Commerce, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Accounting, or relevant industries
  • Comfortable manipulating large amounts of raw data with an obsession to detail and accuracy of data
  • Able to uncover the story and relationship behind the numbers and communicate the insights to a wider audience
  • A proactive and team-player attitude
  • Proficiency in multiple analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g.,, Tableau, etc.) along with strong knowledge of SQL and experimentation process
  • A scientific and hypothesis-driven thinking process with the ability to work in increments and exponents
  • Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and to prioritize and effectively collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders

About the team:

Our Transport Strategy & Planning team is a family of 18 folks based across Indonesia, Singapore, and Vietnam. As fuel is to our Gojek drivers, we are to Gojek: driving the Transport business from the inside out. The gist of our team’s responsibility is to develop business strategies to encourage continuous growth in a sustainable manner to become the leader in the market. How does one achieve this, you may ask? By becoming strategic, data-driven, yet pragmatic in everything that we do.

Our team is particularly driven by our shared passion to always deliver the best we possibly can. We are working on several projects now, including one about developing a machine learning model to provide the best booking experience for our customers and drivers from end-to-end so that we can reach a wider customer base profitably.

We're a team that's equally concerned with the growth of our product as with each other's personal growth and well-being, as well. When our laptops are shut, you'd probably find us binge-watching Friends on Netflix (yes, probably for the eighth time), hovering around the city with GoCar to try out new good spots in town (what can we say… we are loyal!). We work hard and play hard and take pride in what we do!
