About the role

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and executing our recruitment strategy, helping us attract the best talent with a smooth and efficient process. You'll be responsible for sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates, ensuring we connect with the right people. You'll also coordinate the screening and selection process, making sure we welcome the perfect fit into our team. Plus, you'll have the exciting responsibility of driving our employer branding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various functions, including technology, sales, marketing, and support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Conduct initial screens and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the selection process
• Enhance the company’s employer brand through strategic recruitment marketing initiatives
• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote Yodeck as an employer of choice
• Assist in the development and execution of a seamless onboarding process for new hires
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies
• Provide regular reports to HR and leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the tech or digital signage industry
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruitment platforms and tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
