What you'll do:
· Customer Support process improvement (for internal and external users)
· Coordination of projects aimed at developing applications
· 2nd line support including escalations handling
· Support in daily operations related to customer and merchant services, e.g., reporting
· Cooperation with other Euronet departments and other tasks assigned.
Requirements

· Polish and English language knowledge
· Experience in help desk or customer service
· Strong analytical skills
· High attention to detail
