Your role in the Team

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Risk and Compliance AI & Analytics Team. R&C Senior Business Analyst is a professional responsible for leveraging data analytics and automation technologies to enhance risk management and compliance processes.

What you’ll do

• Designing and implementing automated solutions to streamline risk management and compliance processes
• Handling extremely large and complex data sets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Utilizing advanced analytics and AI techniques to extract valuable insights from data
• Applying AI and analytics to improve control functions, identifying potential risks and compliance issues
• Developing and implementing effective data visualization strategies to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, IT, and business units, to develop and implement AI-driven solutions
• Staying updated with the latest AI and analytics trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in control functions
• Actively sharing knowledge with other team members

What you’ll need for this role

• Proficiency in visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Experience with automation technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA, AI)
• SQL and database skills
• Comfort in learning new software programs, databases and online information systems as they become relevant and necessary
• Effective communication, problem solving and analytical skills
