Administrator

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our clients team in Kempton Park. As a leading recruitment agency, RPO Recruitment is committed to providing exceptional administrative services to our clients.

As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the efficient functioning of the team.

Responsibilities

• Customer Liason
• Customer quotations
• Switchboard duties
• Invoicing and courier deliveries and collections at the mines
• Processing of all purchase orders for new and repairs items from receipt to delivery
• Be able to do imports and exports
• Full stock control
• Follow ups for all outstanding orders / PODs
• Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
• To ensure that all processes and procedures in terms of key tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently.
• Maintaining a system for organizing company documents and day to day admin/documents

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in an administration position
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Experience in handling confidential information
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
