As an Associate Product Manager in the Admin Squad, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and roadmap for our Admin initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions. Your role will involve deep understanding of business objectives, crafting product strategies with the help of the leadership, and ensuring successful outcomes aligned with our overall business strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the anti-fraud product strategy, understanding the business objectives, initiatives, and expected outcomes.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders across the zones to formulate a product roadmap that aligns with business strategies and priorities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product development process and during training phase
  • Team Collaboration: Provide guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance.
  • Market and User Research: Conduct market benchmarks and user feedback sessions to identify new opportunities to the product.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in Product Management: Since this is an entry-level position in product, extensive product management knowledge is not required. However, some familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, as well as experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), is expected
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and to create clear and effective documentation and communications
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Language Skills: Intermediate/Advanced English will be obligatory, Spanish is a plus.
