We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the product management for a suite of platform microservices catering to the demands of our direct-to-consumer platforms, Zé Delivery and TaDa.
  • Construct and manage high-quality product roadmaps aligning with our vision and strategy, while adapting to frequent priority shifts from stakeholders.
  • Navigate and balance diverse stakeholder needs, often with competing priorities, ensuring the delivery of value-adding features.
  • Promote decisive and data-driven decision-making within the team.
  • Foster close partnerships with global product teams to drive the development of innovative products and services.
  • Set clear goals and metrics, monitor progress, and steer through obstacles to achieve objectives.
  • Communicate performance effectively, providing root-cause analysis and identifying specific areas for improvement.
  • Engage in technical discussions, understanding processes, APIs, and the intricacies of system integrations.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in technology product management, in roles such as Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
  • Proven track record in managing medium to large projects with stringent timelines.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving customer/supplier experiences.
  • Adaptability to scope changes and structural reorganizations within the company.
  • Strong business acumen with a product mindset and the ability to discuss complex business concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with an international audience.
  • Detail-oriented approach with an economic mindset, aiming to address significant customer pain points efficiently.
  • Technical background with experience or interest in system integration processes.
