Backend Developer

As a Developer, with a heavy focus on the backend, you will be welcomed to our Message Services team, within our product Engage. With millions of messages sent each day, and a steady increase, it’s a challenge to optimize for performance and cost.

Our mission is to deliver personal messages on time and track delivery status and user behavior and our solution should be robust and scale with the increasing number of customers and messages.

Some examples of your daily work will be:

• Continuously improve pipelines and workflows, meet new demands within the product and expand parts of the product when necessary.
• Optimize and scale our message services pipelines toward the different markets to meet our large volumes.
• Monitoring our system performance to deliver on expected customer promises.

Who you are
To thrive in this role, you are a problem solver, who sees a challenge as an opportunity to gain experience. Apart from being a skilled coder, we are looking for an individual who creates and designs various solutions. You like building robust applications and seeking efficiency improvement opportunities.

You have some of the following skills and experiences:

• Good experience working with Azure, AWS or similar
• A couple of years of experience of working with .NET C#
• Experience and interest working with SQL
• Working with event piping, Service Bus and Event Hub

At Voyado our development teams are empowered and organized according to team topologies and as such, Message Services works as a sub-team to our Team Outbound service. The function of this team is to develop and maintain our current and future communication channels to ensure flawless communication with the end users.
