Process Engineer

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Are you passionate about engineering? Do you want to learn how our engineering data translates to a proposal for our customers? Are you interested in dynamic simulations to optimize flexible operation following the power supply from renewable energy?

In the Syngas & Methanol product line, you will support the product line managers to:

• Setting up and running a dynamic simulation model for methanol synthesis loop in close collaboration with our specialists
• Using past operational data from existing running plants to optimize the solutions we can develop
• Develop tailored solutions and documentation for Methanol plants (including Syngas generation) either integrated in existing facilities or stand alone with focus on reduced Carbon footprint.

Presentation of the Team and Business Activities

In the MeOH PL team we have 6 engineers ( 4 female and 2 male) working on development projects and proposals. We have Indian, Italian, South American and German nationalities, the entire team is based in Frankfurt am Main working in close collaboration with Houston, Champigny and Shanghai. The office language is in English.
We are targeting the low emission and renewable Methanol technology and are dedicated to follow the requests from the market for tailored proposals covering production of syngas as well as flexible operation of syngas conversion to MeOH and MeOH purification. Furthermore we optimize complete plant set ups incl offsites and utilities.
