What you'll be doing?

• 📱 Workin' it with clients and the squad to cook up social media strategies that hit business goals. Stay on top of all the fresh and funky trends to keep things fresh.
• 📱 Gettin' creative by planning and crafting content, from snazzy visuals to captivating captions, you're the storyteller of the 'gram, TikTok, and beyond.
• 📱 Launch and lead killer social campaigns that make people hit like, share, and follow like there's no tomorrow. Keep an eye on the prize and tweak things for peak performance.
• 📱 Build and nurture our online fam. Slide into DMs, answer Qs, and spark convos that make our community feel like the VIP section of the internet.
• 📱 Dive deep into the data with your analytics wizard hat on. Track what's hot and what's not, then whip up reports that'll make clients do the happy dance.
• 📱 Be the go-to for clients, giving them the 411 and making sure they're feeling the love. Understand their vibe and voice so well, you could be their social media soulmate.

About you

• ⚡️ You come with past experience in a similar role, working with social media and social media channels.
• ⚡ You have excellent communication skills, especially in English - we are looking for at least a C1 proficiency, both written and spoken;
• ⚡ Tech-savvy - you know your way around apps and you efficiently incorporate them into your day-to-day work.
• ⚡ Creativity is your middle name, you are not afraid to share ideas while giving and receiving feedback.
• ⚡ You have strong people skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• ⚡ You are fun, optimistic, have a good laugh and at the same time give it your best professional self.

Location

👨‍💻 👩‍💻 We have an office in Cluj and one in Bucharest, if you are close enough and interested in joining us there. We mainly work from home now, but we miss face-to-face social interaction, so we are happy to go to the office when possible. We were open to remote work before remote was cool, and we’ll adjust to what time brings.
