Senior Business Analyst - Finance Change

Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)

· Leading the development and maintenance of the end-to-end Control Frameworks managed by first line GRC team.

· Working with control teams across the different functions to ensure control documentation is kept up to date, reviewed regularly in-line with operational risk and governance framework.

· Lead the coordination of timely responses to regulatory requirements, identify gaps if any and suggest improvements in the overall control framework.

· Lead the gap assessment of the control framework against industry frameworks (e.g. Cobit, ISF SoGP) and applicable regulatory requirements, recommending remediation approach to senior management.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Annual review and update of policies, standards managed by First Line GRC function including annual policy attestations.

· Performing daily oversight, personal development, and support of the Control Framework team.
