About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Media Account Manager to join our Media team.

This role will be responsible for the broadcast/OOH media planning, buying and implementation, across a portfolio of key clients.

This role requires an exceptional knowledge of the UK media landscape, and proven experience in planning and managing media campaigns across OOH, radio, TV, bVOD, Streaming, Digital Audio and Cinema. As the lines between the digital and offline world continue to merge, experience of working across digital branding channels would also be useful.

The ideal candidate will be confident, enthusiastic and possess an energising personality. They’ll join a fast-paced and exciting environment to work across a portfolio of key clients, using their professional skills to make a vital contribution in growing and developing agency business.

Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead on planning and buying for several of our key accounts.
  • Assist the Director of Media & Commercial in managing and maintaining the highest level of output from the team.
  • Manage multi-channel media buying and planning through all steps of the planning process from brief, partner evaluations, negotiations, and final execution.
  • Work with the team’s digital specialists, and the agency Insights department to build integrated and innovative plans, using smart tech, data, creative and audience insights.
  • Establish and develop ongoing relationships with media suppliers and partners to access best opportunities and enhance the agency’s reputation.
  • Build strong and meaningful relationships with our clients and become their trusted partner.
  • Present campaign plans and/or results to senior agency leads and clients.
  • Effectively manage client media budgets through planning, optimisation, and reconciliation.

Your Experience and Expertise:

  • You will have at least five years of OOH / radio / TV media planning and buying experience, gained in an agency environment.
  • You will combine creativity with commercial acumen.
  • Ideally you will have experience planning across multiple media channels, including some Digital Media experience or understanding.
  • You will have client facing/presenting lead experience.
  • You understand the importance of building strong, consultative relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • You can clearly and effectively communicate the role and benefits of top of the funnel brand-building media.

  • Motivated by delivering commercial success.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Confident and resourceful – you will have autonomy over the area of business you work on, but the pressure to perform will reflect this.
  • Must be a team player, with the ability to work to strict deadlines in a busy and constantly changing environment.
