Influencer Marketing Manager

Neo Group is seeking a skilled and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. You will identify and collaborate with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and track campaign performance. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media platforms, has experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential influencers and content creators
• Review influencer metrics and audience demographics to ensure alignment with brand goals
• Build database for current and future campaigns
• Develop outreach strategy with influencers
• Create customized pitch proposals
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to understand campaign objectives and influencer deliverables
• Coordinate campaign deliverables between internal team and influencers
• Management of influencer-tagged accounts

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing (especially in the iGaming sector).
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies based on the results.
• Understanding of the influencer market of Asian markets.
• Fluent English
