Senior Application Developer

* Must live on East Coast or near Washington DC

Duties

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in their professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developing is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Public Trust is highly desirable, but ability to obtain one is required.
• Experience with Python and PL/SQL is required.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiar with C#
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
